Line Cook

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in both fine dining and catering environments. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all food served Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service Handle food products safely, including proper storage and labeling Utilize knife skills for precise food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing Participate in catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred Proven experience in the restaurant industry with a focus on fine dining is advantageous Strong culinary experience with knowledge of meal preparation techniques Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations Experience in catering services is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team and contribute your culinary skills to create memorable dining experiences for our guests!
