Position Experienced Line Cooks PM Shifts Available Line Cooks are responsible for executing menu items during service according to established recipes and standards, maintaining clean and organized stations, and supporting the culinary team with consistency, urgency, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Execute menu items during service according to recipes, procedures, and quality standards. Set up, stock, and maintain assigned station for service Prepare components as needed to support AM or PM service. Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and proper food labeling. Operate and clean kitchen equipment including grills, sauté stations, ovens, fryers, and smallware's. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Practice proper food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation. Communicate effectively with chefs and teammates during service. Support prep, breakdown, and closing duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Ability to stand and work 8-10-hour shifts. Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions in a kitchen environment.
