LifeCafe Line Cook Position Summary:

Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain strict food safety and kitchen sanitation standards, and efficiently execute food and beverage orders according to recipe and speed guidelines.

Key Responsibilities & Industry Standards:

Food Production:

Accurately prep, cook, and plate food, shakes, and beverage items adhering strictly to recipes, portion controls, and ticket-time standards.

Kitchen Sanitation & Safety:

Maintain HACCP compliance, safe food-handling practices, and a spotless, hazard-free workstation (including proper stock rotation and FIFO methods).

Customer Service:

Engage with members professionally, answering menu questions and making tailored suggestions.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen or line cook role.
• Ability to stand, move, and work in a stationary position for prolonged periods; routinely bend, reach, and lift 20+ lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
