Job Description

Job Overview Line Cook Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking:
Prepare and cook menu items in a timely manner, ensuring excellent presentation.
Station Setup & Stocking:
Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and equipment before and during service.
High-Volume Execution:
Manage heavy ticket volume efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Regularly check food preparation and storage areas to ensure full compliance with all local health codes and safety regulations.
Team Communication:
Communicate clearly and effectively with front-of-house staff and fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.
Line Cook Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of professional cooking experience is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience working on a grill and flat-top station is required.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a busy environment.
Speed & Stamina:
Able to stand for long periods and handle high-volume dining rushes with speed and accuracy. Attention to
Detail:
Deep understanding of food safety, kitchen sanitation, and proper food storage protocols.

From $16.00 per hour
