Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook / Counter Attendant, where your passion for food and dedication to excellence will shine! You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Kitchen & Cooking Duties Cook food items using kitchen equipment according to recipe and quality standards. Prep ingredients by washing, slicing, chopping, and portioning items before and during service. Maintain station cleanliness, including wiping down counters, changing sanitized water buckets, and sweeping the kitchen floor. Monitor holding temperatures and practice proper food rotation (FIFO) to ensure safety and freshness. Front-Of-House & Counter Duties Greet customers warmly and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, or daily specials. Take customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash or card payments. Assemble and serve orders at the counter, ensuring correct packaging, side items, and condiments. Restock front-of-house supplies like napkins, utensils, cups, and beverage stations throughout the shift. Requirements & Qualifications Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for an entire shift (8 hours or more) and lift up to 40-50 pounds. Communication skills to talk clearly with guests and coordinate smoothly with other kitchen team members. Food safety knowledge, including the ability to obtain a valid health or ServSafe certification if required. Reliability and a positive, customer-first attitude under pressure. Pay:
