We're looking for someone who can confidently work the line while also assisting with daily food preparation and kitchen organization.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Set up and maintain the dinner service line Complete daily food prep, including chopping, portioning, sauces, vegetables, proteins, and other ingredients Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and FIFO procedures Keep the kitchen, prep areas, and equipment clean and organized Monitor food levels and communicate when ingredients need to be replenished or prepped Work efficiently during busy dinner service while maintaining quality and consistency Assist with plating and presentation Properly store and date all prepared food and ingredients Follow kitchen procedures and work cooperatively with the management and culinary team Assist with closing duties and maintaining a clean kitchen at the end of service

Qualifications:

Previous line cook, prep cook, restaurant, or culinary experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety Reliable, punctual, and dependable Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately Ability to work independently while also being a team player Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Evening and weekend availability required
