Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist with catering and special event preparation as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced food service or catering environment
• Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary principles
• Familiarity with food industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
