Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with catering and special event preparation as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced food service or catering environment
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary principles
- Familiarity with food industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
