The Culinary Specialist oversees operations of the food program, including hygiene, meal planning and preparation, food distribution to rooms, record keeping, and all kitchen operations; ensures adherence to Child Care Food Program and/or USDA guidelines and all public health regulations regarding food storage and preparation. One-third of the day, the culinary specialist serves as a Teacher Assistant in the preschool classroom. Job Duties  Prepares nutritious meals and snacks for enrolled children;  Practices safe food handling, preparation and storage techniques;  Assists in classroom/playground coverage, infant
