Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and mixers Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards in production and handling Assist with meal preparation for service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene standards at all times Support menu planning efforts by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation techniques Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or culinary environments is highly preferred Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and food preparation methods Familiarity with food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in meal presentation Experience with catering or large-scale meal preparation is advantageous Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen team members Demonstrated ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
