Overview Cowgirl Kitchen Rosemary Beach is seeking a dedicated Back of House (BOH) team member to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities Assist in menu planning and meal preparation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes Prepare ingredients through chopping, slicing, and other food handling techniques with precision and safety Cook and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations Handle food with care, following proper sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food as needed Manage food inventory and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations Follow all safety protocols related to knife skills, cooking techniques, and equipment use Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred Experience in restaurant or food service environments demonstrating proficiency in food preparation and cooking Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety standards is highly desirable Familiarity with culinary techniques, including knife skills and food handling practices Background in catering or serving roles will be considered an asset Prior kitchen experience within the food industry or culinary settings will support success in this role Join our team at Cowgirl Kitchen Rosemary Beach BOH to bring culinary excellence to life while working in a supportive and energetic environment.
