We are seeking a Full-time Line Cook in our restaurant at Margaritaville Beach House!! We are in need of both one AM and one PM cook. As a Line Cook, you would be responsible for assisting the executive chef in all aspects of the food production for the restaurant and banquets, including food preparation. The Line Cook should be able to take charge of preparing the food items, fry and/or stations or other areas in the kitchen. He/she is also responsible for cleaning and maintaining the station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills. Previous cooking experience in restaurant and/or culinary experience in a high volume, full service restaurant is a must
