• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
• Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or casual dining environment for breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Passion for cooking and creativity in menu planning is highly desirable.
• Must be comfortable using knives and various kitchen equipment.
