Food Preps will wash, peel, slice, trim, chop, and grate fruit and vegetables, and measure, weigh, and mix a wide variety of ingredients. Food Preps will cut, slice and grind a variety of meats. Food Preps will ensure ingredients are stored and rotated effectively to optimize freshness, and ensure desired stock levels at all times. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. A Grill Cook serves our guests by correctly preparing menu items to the highest standards of professional cooking. Grill Cooks always uses Caddy's recipes and methods of food preparation. Grill Cooks meet the company standards of quality, service, safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and hospitality in providing guests with the most satisfactory food possible.
