Fry Cook

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fry Cook to join our team. As a Fry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious fried foods. This is a great opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods, including french fries, onion rings, chicken tenders, and more
• Follow recipes and ensure that all food is cooked to perfection
• Monitor food quality and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation
• Assist with menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes
• Maintain inventory of food supplies and place orders as needed
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Skills:

• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a Fry Cook or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and best practices
• Familiarity with dietary requirements and restrictions
• Excellent cooking skills with the ability to prepare food quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team
