Duties Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering strictly to recipes and presentation standards. Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, poachers, braising pots, and other culinary tools efficiently and safely. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations following food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure a safe environment. Manage food production during high-volume service periods, ensuring timely delivery of dishes without compromising quality. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or food industry setting; fine dining or catering experience is highly desirable. Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation. Knowledge of operating various kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Experience with food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations. Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production environments while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with menu planning, recipe adherence, and food production processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
