Pantry Cook

The biggest party on the block is looking for a talented Pantry Cook to join our kitchen team! As a Pantry Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and plating cold menu items, appetizers, salads, and hors d'oeuvres while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. You'll play an important role in ensuring every guest receives a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and plate cold food items, appetizers, salads, and hors d'oeuvres Efficiently and safely shuck oysters while maintaining quality and presentation standards Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation standards Store and rotate food products following food safety guidelines Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked Assist with prep and other kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment Experience shucking oysters efficiently and safely preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Strong attention to detail and presentation Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous kitchen experience preferred If you're passionate about great food, can keep up with a busy service, and take pride in serving fresh seafood and beautifully prepared dishes, we'd love to hear from you We offer: Health, dental and vision insurance (75% company paid!) 401k participation after probationary period, with company match Weekly pay Free shift meal on an 8-hour shift
