Experienced Line Cook - Italian Restaurant Riviera 89, an Italian kitchen with French soul located in Nocatee, is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. We are looking for someone who: Has solid experience working in a professional kitchen Can handle busy, high-volume dinner services Is comfortable preparing Italian cuisine, especially pasta, sauces and traditional dishes Has strong knowledge of essential cooking techniques and kitchen basics Can work quickly while maintaining consistent quality and presentation Is organized, reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Understands food safety, cleanliness and proper kitchen organization Is available to work evenings, weekends and holidays This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who is confident on the line, can manage pressure during large services and is ready to contribute immediately.
