Job Description
We are a growing, high-standard catering and events company dedicated to creating memorable experiences through exceptional food and service. We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented Banquet Servers and Line Cooks to join our team on a part-time basis . This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, thrive in fast-paced environments, and value being part of a team that executes events with excellence and intention. Duties & Responsibilities Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts Execute menu items exactly to recipe and presentation standards Maintain clean, organized workstation at all times Perform food prep including chopping, marinating, portioning, and labeling Cook and plate dishes efficiently during high-volume service Follow strict timing and communication with chef and team Ensure all food meets quality, temperature, and safety standards Properly store food and rotate inventory (FIFO method) Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, tools, and surfaces Assist with loading/unloading catering equipment and supplies Monitor stock levels and report shortages immediately Adhere to all health department regulations and safety protocols Remain until all closing duties and kitchen breakdown are complete Part-Time Expectations Flexible schedule including early prep shifts, evenings, and weekends Hours vary based on events and production needs Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30-50 lbs If you are dependable, take initiative, and are ready to be part of a team that values quality, professionalism, and consistency, we would love to hear from you.
