We need someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and consistently prepare quality food. Responsibilities Prepare menu items including wings, shrimp, burgers, pasta, tacos, fries, and other bar-style foods Operate fryers, griddle, stove, and other kitchen equipment Prep ingredients before and during shifts Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards Complete Uber Eats, DoorDash, and in-house orders accurately and quickly Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen throughout the shift Wash dishes and clean equipment/workstations as needed Properly store, label, and rotate food Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements Help with opening and closing kitchen duties Qualifications Previous cooking or restaurant kitchen experience preferred Must be dependable and punctual Able to work nights and weekends Comfortable working independently when needed Able to handle multiple orders during busy periods Must maintain a clean and professional work area Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
