Requirements:

Line cook experience required (lead experience a plus) Strong prep and line skills Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation Knowledge of food safety, dates, and cleanliness Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen Italian food, deli, or artisan sandwich experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Lead the line during service Oversee prep and quality control Track inventory and communicate ordering needs Ensure stations are stocked and ready Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
