Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook large quantities of food for patients and residents, ensuring that all meals meet our high standards of quality and presentation Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines Supervise and train other kitchen staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations Collaborate with dietary staff to develop menus and special diets for patients and residents Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident and patient requests and preferences

Requirements:
