Job Description
Sawgrass Country Club is looking for committed team members who desire to share their culinary talents and engaged attitudes with our club members, guests, and fellow colleagues while growing personally and professionally. Our club serves excellent food and beverage experiences across seven venues and a wide variety of events from intimate wine dinners to sophisticated galas and fun family celebrations. We are currently seeking Line Cooks with experience in both banquet and high-pace restaurant line production . In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure successful service. DUTIES:
Prepare and execute food production for both banquet functions and restaurant line service Set up stations including food prep before service. Assists in other food preparation aspects of the operation. Performs consistent presentation of items across service formats, including specifications to proper doneness and garnish. Breakdown of station consisting of leaving a detailed prep list, proper storing, and labeling of all products. Responsible for proper cleaning and sanitizing all work surfaces and cooking areas. Checks with supervisor for sign off.QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in both banquet/catering production and high-volume restaurant line cooking, with the ability to transition seamlessly between formats. Pride yourself on delivering a world-class dining experience. Are able to demonstrate your passion for food and hospitality. Are accustomed to executing perfectly, attending to details, and aiming for excellence. Welcome the challenge to continually improve and grow. Reliable transportation. Flexible schedule is required.
