About the Role The Cook prepares nutritious, high-quality meals for residents, ensuring a pleasant dining experience in compliance with dietary and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals according to established menus and resident preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas. Follow food safety and infection control procedures. Assist with special events and themed meals as needed. Collaborate with the Dining Services team to ensure exceptional service. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred. Experience in food service or healthcare dining environment. Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations. Ability to follow recipes and manage time effectively. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
