Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic AM Pizza/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you'll craft high-quality pizzas that keep customers coming back for more. If you have a passion for food, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a team committed to creativity and excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas following established recipes and customer preferences Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards Contribute ideas for new pizza flavors and menu items Properly store and handle all ingredients to ensure freshness and quality Safely operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, knives, and prep stations Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including all surfaces, tools, and equipment Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service and timely order completion Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred Solid understanding of food safety and proper handling procedures Strong knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation Experience with menu development, catering, or upscale dining is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Experience in dietary or healthcare food service is helpful but not required If you're passionate about great food and enjoy working in an energetic team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
