Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
