Duties Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards at all times Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for efficient service Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple orders quickly and accurately Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to promote safety and hygiene Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely, high-quality meals that meet our standards Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation methods Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and food service operations is advantageous Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills make a real impact!
