Sanibel Island Beach Resort is accepting applications to join our Restaurant Team in the role of Line Cook. We offer our Hotel team a positive, team-oriented work environment with benefits that include Sanibel Causeway Tolls Paid for All Shifts, hotel room discounts, free parking, and employee shift meal. Our Line Cook position starts at $21/hr.
Line Cook Responsibilities:
Prepare mise-en-place for a station and meal period; Serve menu items with appropriate preparation and plate presentation; Assist other team members as needed; Follow quality and food safety standards, etc.
Line Cook Qualifications:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends; Ability to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
