ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be capable of handling a high-volume restaurant Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, breakfast items, and other food items to cook in broilers, ovens/stovetops, grills, fryers, panini presses, and a variety of kitchen equipment Understand and comply consistently with our standards, policies, and procedures including portion sizes, recipe specifications, cooking methods, plate presentation and garnishes Store, rotate, and maintain proper amount of product consistently Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range, and refrigeration equipment Any additional task that is deemed necessary in the future
