What You Will Do:

Prepare and cook dishes with speed, accuracy, and consistency. Own your station from setup to breakdown, keeping it stocked and clean. Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines. Operate and care for kitchen equipment safely. Jump in where needed to support the team; adaptability is key. Take pride in every plate as your work shapes the guest experience.

What You Bring:

At least a year of full-service cooking or similar experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Knowledge of food prep, cooking basics, and food safety. Strong communication and multitasking skills Reliability, professionalism, and a team-player mindset High school diploma or equivalent Florida Food Handler Certification (will be required after 60 days of employment) Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
