We are looking for experienced Line Cooks to join our team & grow with a creative hard working company. Must have recent 2 years proven experience in food preparation and cooking. Grill and sauté experience a plus. Applicant must be reliable and willing to work nights & weekends (required). Job Duties:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Typical end time: 9pm - 11pm Typical start time: 2pm - 4pm
