This role involves preparing high-quality, made-from-scratch pizzas using premium ingredients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will take pride in their craftsmanship and contribute to maintaining our reputation for authentic, delicious pizza. Experience is a must Responsibilities Prepare and assemble pizzas from scratch, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Use fresh, premium ingredients to create a variety of pizza styles according to established recipes and customer preferences Manage dough preparation, stretching, and topping application with precision and care Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support smooth kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with health and safety standards Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold the pizzeria's standards Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and notifying management of supply needs Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a pizza maker or in a similar culinary role within a pizzeria setting Strong knowledge of dough preparation, sauce making, and topping techniques Passion for creating high-quality, made-from-scratch pizzas with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality Excellent teamwork and communication skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper kitchen hygiene practices Join Michelli's Pizzeria and be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and authentic pizza-making traditions.
