Must have at least 3 years of pizza-making experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include:

Hand-stretching and tossing pizza dough Sliding pizzas on and off a peel Managing high-volume ticket flow Making and handling dough Keeping the pizza prep station clean and organized Following proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures at all times Assisting with pizza station prep, including produce, cheese, sauces, and other ingredients Helping the team in other areas when needed, including cutting pizzas, making wings and salads, and cooking proteins such as sausage, wings, and meatballs Must be available for weekends and nights as needed Must be able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds Competitive pay based on experience and ability.
