Job Overview We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our kitchen! This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, old-school pizza shop. You'll work alongside our main pizza maker and help keep orders moving by taking pizzas out of the oven, cutting and boxing pizzas, assembling pasta dishes, preparing sandwiches, and helping with general kitchen duties. Responsibilities Take pizzas out of the oven, cut and prepare them for orders Assist the main pizza maker with day-to-day kitchen operations Assemble pasta dishes and other menu items Prepare sandwiches and other food items as needed Help with food prep, restocking, and keeping the kitchen organized Maintain a clean and sanitary work area Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods Provide friendly, helpful service to customers when needed Assist with opening and closing duties What we are looking for Dependable and hardworking Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to follow directions and work well with a team Good communication and a positive attitude Willingness to learn Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Please stop by the restaurant in person to apply
