Mule Train is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. We're looking for cooks with strong fundamentals, attention to detail, consistency, and a genuine interest in ingredients and regional foodways. Experience in fine dining or chef-driven restaurants is preferred, with an interest in bringing that level of craft and discipline to an upscale restaurant with a warm, casual atmosphere. Ideal candidates are organized, curious, dependable, and comfortable working collaboratively in a focused, fast-moving kitchen. We value cooks who take pride in their station, communicate well, and want to continue developing their craft.
