Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate takes pride in preparing high-quality food, has a passion for pizza and cooking, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook specialized pizzas according to recipes and quality standards Prepare dough, sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables, and other toppings Properly portion and assemble ingredients Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion sizes Monitor cooking times and temperatures Keep the kitchen, workstations, and equipment clean and organized Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Properly store and rotate food products Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed Work effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members Provide excellent service by preparing orders accurately and efficiently Qualifications Previous pizza or restaurant kitchen experience preferred Experience with specialty pizzas is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable Ability to follow recipes and instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
