Based on Experience Please Read Before Applying Pizza restaurant or strong kitchen experience is preferred. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working a busy line, takes pride in their food, and can consistently execute at a high level. The Mule House Pizza is looking for a Pizza Line Cook to join our team. We specialize in handcrafted, wood-fired pizza and are looking for someone who works with urgency, cares about quality, and wants to be part of a strong kitchen team. Responsibilities Stretch and build pizzas by hand Work our wood-fired pizza oven and line Execute pizzas to our quality and consistency standards Prep ingredients and keep the line fully stocked Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow recipes, portioning, and food safety standards Work efficiently during high-volume service Assist with opening and closing duties Work together with the entire team to provide an outstanding guest experience Qualifications Pizza restaurant or strong kitchen experience preferred Experience stretching pizza dough by hand is a major plus Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
