Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic to join our dynamic culinary team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting the food service operations by preparing meals, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties Assist in menu planning and meal preparation, following established recipes and portion sizes Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and food processors Prepare ingredients through slicing, chopping, cooking, and plating to meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by cleaning utensils, appliances, work surfaces, and storage spaces regularly Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are upheld throughout the production process Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal assembly and delivery times Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining consistency and presentation quality Experience Previous experience working in dietary departments or food service environments is highly preferred Hands-on dietary aide experience or culinary experience in restaurants or food industry settings is advantageous Knowledge of menu planning, food safety management, and recipe adherence is essential Skilled in food preparation techniques including slicing, cooking, and portioning with proper knife skills and slicing techniques Familiarity with operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Experience in catering or large-scale meal production is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and adhere to safety standards in production Join us as a and bring your culinary talents to life!
