In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every plate meets our standards of taste, presentation, and safety. Your energy and culinary skills will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently , including ovens, grills, slicers, and food processors Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict sanitation guidelines Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to support culinary creativity and consistency Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature control Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or dietary departments is highly desirable Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and food preparation methods Knowledge of food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments Ability to follow recipes accurately and adhere to meal preparation guidelines Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively Culinary experience or training in the food industry is preferred
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
