Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess knowledge of menu planning, and excel in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious and nutritious meals following established recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus and create new dishes
- Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff
Skills:
- Proven experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and dietary requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen setting
