Job Overview:

Our Restaurant needs reliable and friendly Crew Members to join our team. We need people who don't mind working in fast-paced environment, especially during meal rushes. Successful candidates will work the front counter and the drive-thru or the kitchen; all depending on where your strong suite is. Thereafter we work on your weakest and improve upon those. If you enjoy a team-oriented environment and a positive work atmosphere, we want to talk with you!

Scheduling is done the week before so we have the ability to be flexible and work around your schedule!

Job qualifications:

Must be 16 years of age or older Have a reliable transportation Some responsibilities: Complete all tasks with a sense of urgency and a timely manner Work safely and follow all safety guidelines and procedures Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a fast-paced setting Operate cash registers accurately, process payments, and give correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and dining area Work well in collaborative environment and value clear communication to achieve team goals Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby's brand Clean and maintain guest areas including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders

Requirements:

100% Completion of Zaxby's University training Willingness to understand food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Ability to sit, stand, walk continuously with the occasional bend, crouch, and step up Work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens Frequently lift, push, pull and carry up to 40lbs, including lifting over head

Pay:

From $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 40.0 per week
