We're looking to grow out team with skilled kitchen professionals to prepare for planned growth in 2027 and beyond. Looking to fill 2 full-time positions, and 2 part-time positions between our 2 locations in Jefferson. 1 year kitchen experience is required for full-time positions. Experience is preferred for part-time positions, but not required. Hours are flexible for both positions, but a little more regular for the full time positions. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep tasks including chopping, slicing, and portioning to ensure smooth kitchen operations Cook menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards in a timely manner Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, poaching stations, braising pans, and food production appliances safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workstations and adhering to food safety procedures throughout all stages of food handling Support the team with dishwashing duties to ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment Assist with menu planning and ingredient inventory management to support high-volume production needs Follow food safety management protocols and ensure compliance with all sanitizing procedures to uphold health standards Experience Previous experience in a food industry setting such as restaurant kitchens or catering environments is preferred Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitizing procedures is essential Experience with fine dining or high-volume production environments is advantageous Demonstrated skills in food preparation techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and general cooking methods Knowledge of dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency operating various kitchen equipment are highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to culinary excellence!
