• Job Summary
• As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas in a timely manner while maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
• Duties
• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings
• Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment effectively
• Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection and meet customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Assist in menu planning and development of new pizza recipes
• Skills
• 2 years of experience in hand-stretched pizza making required
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and food handling equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and help out in various food service tasks
