Located at 2285 Wisteria Drive, Suite 100 Snellville, GA 30078 United States Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Steamer/Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and experience in food service environments. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using steaming and grilling techniques, ensuring high-quality meal presentation and adherence to food safety standards. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen setting, contributing to the creation of delicious meals for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals using steaming and grilling methods according to menu specifications and recipes Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperature and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment sanitation Handle food with proper safety and hygiene practices in compliance with health regulations Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations Serve food in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards Follow all safety procedures related to food handling, knife skills, and kitchen equipment Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles preferred Knowledge of dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus Understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Culinary experience or background in the food industry is highly valued This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about culinary arts to develop their skills within a professional kitchen environment.
