Job Description

Cook We are looking for a Cook who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a kitchen where creativity, development, and great food matter. This is a hands-on cooking position for someone who can execute consistently during service while continuing to develop their culinary skills and contribute to a kitchen culture that is always looking for ways to improve. Our restaurant is part of a growing hospitality group with multiple concepts, each with its own identity and style. As we continue developing our culinary program, we are looking for cooks who are excited not only about executing great food, but also about learning new techniques, working with new ingredients, and bringing ideas to the table. What You'll Do Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes, presentation, and quality standards. Work multiple stations while maintaining speed, organization, cleanliness, and consistency during service. Develop your culinary technique through hands-on training, coaching, and experience. Work closely with Kitchen Managers, culinary leadership, and other BOH team members. Participate in tastings, new menu rollouts, specials, and culinary development when opportunities arise. Share ideas and feedback that can improve dishes, preparation methods, ingredients, and kitchen execution. Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, temperature, labeling, and storage standards. Complete opening, closing, prep, and cleaning responsibilities accurately and consistently. Communicate effectively and contribute to a professional, collaborative kitchen environment. Take ownership of your station and continuously work toward stronger execution and culinary knowledge. Who We're Looking For We are especially interested in cooks who are curious about food and want to continue developing their craft. You do not need a culinary degree or years of fine-dining experience. We care about your willingness to learn, ability to execute, and desire to become a stronger cook.
Strong candidates will demonstrate:
Genuine interest in cooking, ingredients, and culinary technique. Creativity and curiosity while still respecting established recipes and standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Strong organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Willingness to receive feedback and learn from experienced kitchen leaders. Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude. Interest in taking on greater culinary responsibility as their skills develop. More Than a Cook Position We want our kitchens to be places where talented cooks can grow. Cooks who demonstrate strong execution, creativity, and initiative may have opportunities to participate in specials, tastings, menu development, and other culinary projects alongside Kitchen Managers and company culinary leadership. For someone interested in building a career in food, this position provides an opportunity to develop beyond the station and become part of the continued evolution of our restaurants.
