Job Description
Fast Order Cook (Grill & Fry Station) KJ's Local Grindz - Kaneohe, HI KJ's Local Grindz is looking for a dependable, energetic team member to join our kitchen! This is not a traditional prep or head cook position. Our main cook prepares our signature dishes. Your role is to quickly prepare customer orders by frying chicken, working the grill, assembling plates, and helping keep the kitchen running efficiently during busy lunch and dinner hours. Responsibilities Cook chicken using our recipes and procedures Operate the grill and fryer Assemble customer orders accurately and quickly Restock ingredients and supplies Keep the kitchen clean and organized Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work as part of a fast-paced team Qualifications Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Able to work quickly during busy periods. Reliable and punctual. Positive attitude and willing to learn. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
