Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. Assist with catering events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of meals. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Maintain equipment and kitchen tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition. Requirements Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or fine dining establishment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and safety practices. Experience in menu planning and catering is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
