Catering Cook (8-10 hour shift TBD)

- This job is responsible for setting up catering orders for multiple boat operations. Accountability, Accuracy, Job Duties
- You are to arrive daily on time. You are responsible for completing the following prep lists each day, and in this order. Catering Boat Setup
- You are to check FareHarbor and to retrieve accurate meal counts and build/prep your catering trips accordingly. Building Catering Orders
- you will spend the bulk of your day setting up trips, using checklists created by the owners. Final catering orders will come in and you will finalize all prep details. House prep
- you are to check in with the GM upon clocking-out to learn additional house items you may assist with. These items are to be completed last, and to the best of your ability before clocking out. Email and fareharbor
- You are responsible for having a smartphone on you at all times and checking final emails and fareharbor for accurate passenger counts and special requests. Login credentials will be sent to you. Order of operations
- Follow this order of operations each day. Check fareharbor numbers + email. Fill out catering prep checklist sheets. Build catering trips Check final numbers. Finalize entree orders + prep. Double check catering orders with GM Pack, load and deliver to the Ma'alaea Harbor. Complete house prep list
- check with kitchen managers or chef for any prep you can assist with Finish side work You will also be responsible for loading and delivering the food to the Maalaea Harbor.
Must have a valid drivers license.
