Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto is now hiring Line Cooks for Morimoto Maui , located in the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort - an upscale-casual concept within the Morimoto portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing global company. This position participates in a % tip split of the kitchen service fee applied to all guest checks. Responsibilities Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs Maintain a clean station and properly store leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure dishes are prepared simultaneously, with high quality and timely execution Follow all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with coworkers and guests We look forward to hearing from you!
