Cook - FT second shift- 11:30am-7:30pm Long Term Care Lutheran Living Communities Davenport, IA Job Details Full-time From $21.09 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Kitchen health and safety standards Recipe adherence Food preparation for special diets Food service health code compliance In-person customer service Accommodating special dietary needs Long-term care assistance Addressing dietary restrictions in food service Full Job Description We are looking for a Full-Time (32hrs/week) qualified Cook to prepare and serve food to residents in our Long-Term Care facility. Must be able to prepare noon and evening meal utilizing standardized recipes and nutritional spreadsheets to accommodate a variety of diets and textures. Knowledge of mechanical soft and puree processes a plus. Every other weekend required and may include holidays. A Cook must be capable of preparing food following instructions while adhering to all safety and health standards. They must be competent and conscientious with a customer-oriented approach.
