We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook at 7 Hills Taphouse you will play a crucial role in the execution of our menu, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside talented a kitchen staff, contributing to the success of our restaurant through your culinary expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow Monitor food supplies and replenish as needed Assist in the development of new menu items and specials Follow instructions from head chef and management team Uphold our commitment to exceptional quality and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary terminology Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience is a plus
